IPF Fellowship for Ann Francis Join us all at Cork Camera Group in congratulating Ann Francis. Ann received her Fellowship, the highest distinction level awarded by the Irish Photographic Federation (IPF), at the George Bernard Shaw Theater, Carlow on last Saturday, September 14.
